1–1–12–90: the system we use. Take it.

One topic. One conversation. Twelve cuts. Ninety days. Plus borrowed audience. Screenshot this.

1

One topic

Be known for one thing, not ten. The test: can someone introduce you in one line, "the sharpest person in Nagpur on X"? Decide X, then list three topics only you can speak on with confidence.

1

One long conversation

Stop hunting for a reel idea every week. Sit down once for 60–90 minutes with someone who asks good questions. That recording is your raw material for months.

12

Twelve cuts

Cut 12 reels from that one conversation, 60–90 seconds each: open with a paradox or a "why", keep one idea in the middle, end with an open question.

90

Ninety days

Three reels a week for 90 days. The first three weeks feel silent. People are watching; they just aren’t saying so yet. Authority compounds.

Multiplier: borrowed audience

Starting from zero followers is the slowest road. Go where an audience already exists: collaborate, be a guest on someone’s show, speak in a community. Some of their trust transfers to you.

Then use it: send your episode to a client before the meeting. They walk in already knowing you.
